For private equity operating teams

We run the outbound your portfolio companies keep not doing.

Eighty agents on the phones, five hundred and sixty seven warmed mailboxes on the email, and the back office automated behind both. On the deal side, forensic analysis of accounting and systems and the technical work of carrying a business through diligence to new ownership. Everything below this line is ours, already built and already running.

Measured numbers · No discovery phase · One company first, then the portfolio

Capability

Four things, operated rather than advised.

Most vendors sell one of these and subcontract the rest. We run all four on our own properties every day, which is why the pricing and the timelines are real.

80 agents

Outbound calling

Name a category and a state and we will work the whole thing. Every law firm in California. Every roofing company in Tennessee. Eighty agents dialling, qualifying, and writing dispositions back into your systems, across US business hours, from lists you approve.

  • Whole-market coverage, not a rep and a quota
  • Dispositions written to your CRM after every call
  • US business hours, recording trail kept

2,000 emails a day

Outbound email

Two thousand cold emails a day, sent from infrastructure we own rather than a seat licence on somebody else's tool: 567 warmed mailboxes across 116 sending domains, authentication maintained per domain, inbox placement monitored daily, and reply handling routed to a human within minutes.

  • 2,000 sends a day across 567 warmed mailboxes
  • Per-domain authentication maintained
  • Replies reach a human in minutes

diligence to transfer

Transaction support

The technical side of a deal. Custom sites and portals built for the transaction itself, forensic analysis of accounting data and operating systems, data room and systems review, and the work of carrying a business through diligence and across to new ownership without the operation stalling.

  • Forensic analysis of accounting and systems
  • Deal microsites and diligence portals
  • Post-close transfer and carve-out separation

built, not advised

Process automation

The unglamorous middle. Lead routing, quoting, scheduling, invoicing, records requests, document generation, reporting. We build the software and then operate it, so nobody hands your team a slide deck and an implementation bill.

  • Built into the systems the company already runs
  • Operated after it ships, not handed over
  • Records requests and document pipelines included

portfolio monitoring

The technology to watch the health of every holding.

We build the monitoring layer operating partners wish came with the deal: read-only bank and accounting integrations feeding one dashboard per company, rolled up across the portfolio, with the numbers pulled from the operating systems rather than typed into a board pack. You see revenue, cash, collections and pipeline the way we watch our own twenty one properties, daily instead of quarterly.

  • Read-only bank feeds and accounting integrations per company
  • Cash, revenue, collections and pipeline in one portfolio view
  • Covenant and KPI thresholds with alerts when a holding drifts
  • Board pack numbers generated from source systems, not retyped
  • Built on your infrastructure, owned by the fund, not licensed back
  • Operated after it ships, with a human watching the alerts

Hard outbound

Name the category. We work all of it.

Most vendors sell you a rep and a quota. We sell coverage of an entire market. You choose the category and the geography, we build the list, and the phones do not stop until the list is finished.

Every law firmin California
Every roofing companyin Tennessee
Every dental practicein Arizona
Every HVAC contractorin Texas
Every property managerin Florida
Your categoryyour geography

Calls and email run together against the same list, so a prospect who does not answer still gets reached. Dispositions land in your system either way, and the list you paid to build stays yours. And the campaign speaks the market's language: our own sites already run in sixteen, English, Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, Hindi, Urdu, Ukrainian, Tagalog, Telugu, Tamil, Russian, Nepali, Burmese, Gujarati and Arabic, so a portfolio company selling into a bilingual market gets scripts and pages in the languages its customers actually speak.

Diligence and transfer

The technical work a deal actually needs.

Most of what stalls a transaction is not the thesis. It is that nobody can get clean numbers out of the target's systems, the data room is a folder of scans, and after close the technology does not come across intact. That is the work we do.

Forensic analysis of accounting and systems

We pull the target's actual data out of whatever it lives in, reconcile it against what is being represented, and show your advisors where the numbers came from. Revenue by customer and cohort, margin by job, invoicing and collection behaviour, inventory movement, payroll against headcount, and the reconciliations between the operating system and the books.

Systems and data room review

What the business actually runs on, who has access to it, what is licensed versus improvised, where the customer list truly lives, and which of it survives an owner leaving. Delivered as findings your team can act on rather than a file dump.

Transaction websites and deal portals

Custom sites built for the transaction itself. Buyer-facing presentation of the business, structured diligence portals, management presentation microsites, and customer-facing transition pages for the week ownership changes hands.

Post close transfer and separation

Moving the operating stack to new ownership without dropping the business. Domains, mail, phones, CRM, billing, hosting and records. Carve-outs where a division has to be separated from a parent's systems on a deadline.

We are not a CPA firm and not attorneys. We do not issue audit opinions and we do not provide legal, accounting, tax or investment advice. This is data and systems work that supports your own advisors and gives them something reliable to work from.

Portfolio

Twenty one properties we built and operate.

Not case studies from former employers. These are live businesses and products this team owns, launched and run with the same stack we would install in your holdings. Every one is clickable.

In detail

How each of these actually works.

Written out properly rather than summarised into a bullet. If you want to know what we would really do before you speak to anyone, start here.

How it runs

One company, one motion, a fixed window.

We do not open with a portfolio-wide contract. You pick the hardest single thing and we do that, in the open, where it can be judged.

  1. Week oneScope on a call, then in writing. The company, the motion, what counts as working, and the number. No discovery phase billed as a deliverable.
  2. Week twoWe build. List construction, mail infrastructure stood up under domains we own, scripts written and approved by you, systems connected.
  3. Weeks three onwardIt runs. Calls and email go out daily, dispositions land in your system, and you see the same numbers we see.
  4. At the window's endYou have real output and a real cost per outcome. That is the basis for deciding whether it goes across the rest of the holdings.

Questions

The ones that get asked first.

Who is this for?

Lower and middle market firms whose portfolio companies need pipeline and back office work done, and whose operating partners would rather install one capability across several holdings than manage a different vendor at each.

Where are the agents?

Egypt. Eighty agents, working US business hours, calling from lists you approve, with dispositions written back to your systems after every call.

How big can a calling campaign be?

As big as the category. If the ask is every law firm in California or every roofing company in Tennessee, that is the job: we build the list, work it to the end, and report what came back. Calling is one motion among several, not the whole offering.

Do you replace our CRM?

No. We work inside whatever the portfolio company already runs and write back to it. Ripping out a working system is how these engagements fail in month two.

Is the outbound compliant?

Calling runs against lists you approve with scrubbing applied before dialling. Email runs from domains we own and authenticate, with postal identity and working opt-out on every message.

Are you accountants?

No. We are not a CPA firm, we do not issue audit opinions, and we do not give legal, accounting, tax or investment advice. What we do is get the target's real data out of its systems, reconcile it, and hand your advisors something dependable to work from. They keep their role, they just stop waiting on the target's bookkeeper.

What does it cost?

It depends on the motion and the volume, and any number quoted before that conversation would be theatre. Tell us the company and the outcome and you get a figure in writing.

Start a conversation

Name one portfolio company.

Tell us the holding and the outcome you want moved. You get a scope and a figure in writing, not a discovery process.
